The Great
Mare was motivated by two Darling Colts she had already borne and wished to complete the
stable. Once The Great Mare had sought The Bold Stallion, a brief but productive passion
ensued. On July 14, 1965, Our Little Filly was foaled and the stable was thereby completed.

Having been born into a nomadic herd, Our Little Filly moved around the nation quite a
bit. In 1966, she moved between two local St. Louis pastures. In 1967, The Bold Stallion led the
herd to Elizabethtown, New Jersey. Our Little Filly had disdain for The Bold Stallion even at an
early age. She once stared down at The Bold Stallion from a high point in the pasture and told
him “Boy, are you dumb”. As the stable became ill with thrush, colic, and sinus infections, The
Bold Stallion led the herd back to a St. Louis pasture.

Our Little Filly started school in Florissant, Mo. at a tender age, joining the Darling Colts
in being educated at a prestigious private school. In search of greener pastures, The Bold Stallion
led the herd to an exclusive pasture in Crestwood, Mo. in 1972. It was here that the herd
blossomed forth, being nurtured by the cooking of The Great Mare and the moral fiber imposed
by Salem Lutheran Church. A superior secondary education was provided by Lutheran High
School South, where Our Little Filly flourished.

In 1979, upon completion of blossoming, the herd began to migrate in different directions.
The Great Stallion sought out The Great and Mighty Mr. Hawk, who he believed had arrived on
earth. The Great Mare sought warmer climes to The South, which also provided her some
needed ethnic diversification. She had heard wonderful rumors of the charisma offered by the
Tex-Mex stallions. The Darling Colts were now Darling Stallions and sought to find their way in
the world.

Our Little Filly further blossomed in The South, being nurtured by The Great Mare and a
private ranch environment. The Great Mare prepared Our Little Filly for the transition to
mare-hood as she sought a Dietz Stallion, who possessed amazing charm. Shortly thereafter, Our
Little Filly was engaged to The Great Austin Stallion, with whom she was bonded in equine
matrimony at the private ranch. The celebration was to be attended by The Bold Stallion, but he
was being sought by a 7 foot 3 inch unfriendly black character who had forbidden The Bold
Stallion from entering The South.

After settling in a new private, exclusive ranch setting, Our Little Filly has come of age,
bearing a Feisty Colt and a Darling Filly. Only time will tell if the stable is complete, unless
certain precautions are being followed. Because of her coming of age (THIRTY<\/strong>), Our Little
Filly can now be called The Mare until the age of forty, provided she continues to foal. At the
age of forty, she can assume the title of The Great Mare, provided that permission is granted by
her mother and that her mother agrees to assume the title of The Great Old<\/em> Mare.

Steven P.
